Our branches can only grow as tall as our roots run deep…
Join us at The Wild Pod over the weekend of the Autumn Equinox for an intimate women’s gathering designed to root you into your body and true nature, as well as build a deep and lasting connection with nature itself.
Facilitated by Olivia Moon, and Bodhi Khaya’s resident practitioner of plants and nature medicine, Jodhi, this retreat will be an exploration of our inherent wild nature, rooted within our own bodies and being. Held within the immaculate natural sanctuary of Bodhi Khaya, and with the supportive and balancing energies of the equinox, allow yourself to open fully to the healing power of nature.
For many women, the world we live in has taken us out of our body to spend most of our days in our head. Yet it is in the body that our wisdom lies. It is only from a regulated nervous system that we can hear the voice of our intuition. We are nature, and yet it can be so easy to forget, as our conditioning has made us believe we are separate somehow. And so the work of coming come to ourselves and our place in nature, as nature, is through working with the body, through somatic practice, and through intentional nature connection. And this retreat offers both.
Over the 3 days, we will explore nature-based practices inspired by ancient Celtic and South American traditions, Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) and nature therapy. We will also connect deeply with our own body, breath and being through movement, breathwork and guided reflective practices. This is a safe, judgement-free space to connect with your self, with nature and with a circle of like-minded women.
