In this treatment I use specialised Chakra expanding techniques and Reiki Sensual subtle aromatherapy spray to expand your Chakras and release any blockages that are present.

Find Balance is a Holistic Wellness consultation and Reiki energy balancing session in one 75 min appointment.

Together we will uncover what particular areas of your life need healing and will work on finding balance and resolutions on both a mental and emotional level using coaching, as well as an energetic level using Reiki.

Olivia is a warmhearted coach who helps you overcome self-sabotaging behaviours and thoughts by listening truly, asking the right questions, and providing you tools to change your behaviour drastically. I contacted Olivia because I could not stop overeating and when I did, I felt guilty and started talking myself down.

During the coaching sessions with Olivia we discovered that the reason I was overeating was to suppress my emotions.

After tackling overeating Olivia provided me with homework to discover more of the beliefs and patterns that are holding me back from becoming the best version of myself. We started working on another area of my life that I want to change from the heart, and not from the head as I used to do before. And that makes me feel so energetic and happy!
