The Alignment Challenge is a 10 day live group event where you will be guided through and held accountable for showing up for 5 powerful (yet simple) soul-led self care practices. Each one has been carefully chosen as they provide:

What sets the Alignment Challenge apart?

Rather than just holding you accountable as a way to cultivate new habits, (which might work within the 10 days, but chances are it won’t last much longer than that) I share a powerful soul-led habit building formula that combines neuroscience, energy medicine, habit psychology, nervous system regulation and effective coaching frameworks that you can apply not only within the challenge, but to any type of habit or behaviour going forward.

In addition, I will guide you through ways that you can begin to both uncover and understand your blocks and the ways and reasons you self sabotage. So you can finally get out of your own way and live the life that’s meant for you.

The challenge is also customisable, so if you want to add in specifics or practices, you are welcome! If you commit yourself fully to the challenge, once the 10 days are up, you feel more Aligned with your Authentic Self and empowered to live life the way that lights you up, supported by your own unique daily practice.

This will be the 4th Alignment Challenge container, and it has been designed to be even more impactful than ever before!

How it works

Each morning we will meet live via Zoom for a 20 minute guided breathwork and meditation session, followed by a separate 25 minute yoga session. Attending these live sessions are encouraged, but optional. A recording will also be shared so that you can complete these at a time of day that best suits your schedule. I will also provide daily journal prompts. You will be required to find a way to spend some time in nature (this is much more simple than it sounds, and I will offer a variety of ways to do this!).

This is not a yoga challenge - unless it you want it to be! The best thing about the Challenge is that you get to make it your own! So if you choose to do the 5 practices in another way, you are still more than welcome to join!

There will be 3 coaching calls that will provide information and tools to support your process, as well as an ongoing Whatsapp community channel (optional to join) to connect and support each other.

Meet your Guide

Olivia Moon is a Holistic ‘Alignment’ Coach, Conscious Breathwork Practitioner, Retreat Facilitator and Yoga and Meditation Teacher from Cape Town, South Africa.

She has coached dozens of women through her signature 1:1 12 week program, Aligned, and guided hundreds more at her in-person workshops and retreats. Her unique coaching framework combines neuroscientific and holistic coaching tools with somatics, breathwork and practical spirituality, leading to life-changing results.
